                          on the eighteenth day of August, the first day of Tishri, on Yom Teruah-The Day of Trumpets, in the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty, a Proclamation was issued by His Servant and Royal Emissary to Elect Elders, Officials, and Ministers of the Universal Kingdom Commonwealth of Yisrael, containing the following, to wit:

 

"On the twenty-seventh day of August, the tenth day of Tishri, on Yom Kippur-The Day of Atonement, according to the newly restored Hebrew Yisraelite lunar calendar, in the year of our Lord two thousand twenty; all saints held as religious slaves under the curse of dead works, through faith in the carnal ordinances of the Levitical Priestly Order and/or the vain traditions of men, within any Messianic/Christian denomination, congregation, association, or delegated part of any and all Shavu’ot-Pentecost/Spirit-filled organizations; the spiritual leadership thereof shall then be designated as in rebellion against the Kingdom Commonwealth of Yisrael, and the saints therein shall be from that day forward and forever free; and the divinely ordained executive, judicial, and legislative authority within the Commonwealth, including all spiritual and declarative power thereof, shall recognize and affirm intellectual freedom for such saints; and will take no action[s] to repress such persons, nor any among them, in any efforts they may take to sustain said freedom through faith in Almighty YAH, through Messiah Yahushua."

 

Now therefore, I, Yashah Ben Yahushua, Servant and Royal Emissary to the Kingdom Commonwealth of Yisrael, by virtue of the power vested in me as the interdenominational Ambassador of the Supreme Commander of the Armies of Yisrael; in a time of open rebellion against YAH-ordained authority and government; and as a necessary measure of spiritual counteraction for suppressing said rebellion; on this twenty-seventh day of August, the first day of Tishri, on Yom Kippur-The Day of Atonement, in the year of our Lord two thousand twenty; do publicly proclaim and decree, from the day first above mentioned, that all saints held as religious slaves within said organizations are, and henceforward, shall be free; and that the divinely appointed Executive Government of Yisrael, including the delegated authorities of the Armies thereof, shall recognize and maintain the intellectual freedom of said persons.

 

I hereby enjoin upon the saints, so declared to be free, to abstain from all ungodliness, and from every appearance of evil; and I exhort them that they labor faithfully to further the eternal faith and righteous cause of Almighty YAH, in Mashiakh Yahushua our Redeemer. And upon this proclamation, so decreed as an act of justice, and duly warranted by the Hebrew Yisraelite Constitution inscribed in the Holy Bible; upon necessity of spiritual warfare, I invoke the collective efforts of all Yisrael, and the Grace and Peace of Almighty YAH.

 

In witness thereof, I have set my hand and caused the seal of the Kingdom Commonwealth of Yisrael to be hereupon affixed. Done at the Church at Victorville, this twenty-seventh day of August, in the year of our Lord, two thousand twenty. Even so, Ahmen.
